O Marie Smith, Community Service
O Marie Smith is very active in community service.
Marie continuously works with her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta, San Antonio Chapter, San Antonio, TX.
​
Her dedication to the young ladies in their youth group is extraordinary.
She actively request support from the Texas Sojourners for scholarships.
O Marie Smith is Past National Auxiliary President of the Enlisted Association. She created the Widows Emergency Fund while president in 1995, of which the fund was capped for donations at a recent convention in Florida.

Smith is a Trustee on the TREA Memorial Foundation where a presentation was made for 15 scholarships to children of veterans in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. In 2018, ore than 22 Food Cards were awarded to veteran families through the Foundation of which she is chair.
